Why does the course log me out after visiting a page? |

| The learning system is dependent upon communication between networked devices that send, retrieve and store data. A Cookie is a storage mechanism on your computer that allows information about your browsing session to be recorded and accessed whenever you navigate between pages. These cookies are often used to tell the browser or server who you are so that the correct information can be retrieved and displayed. If the cookie is lost or non existent then the information needed to give you a personalized experience is unavailable. This results in the system thinking you are a new user. |

Why does my status show as incomplete even though I've looked at every page? |
Back to top |
| Status is determined by your progress through the activities found in the course. Each course has a series of activities that must be completed in order for the system to recognize your progress and subsequently give you credit for completion. So, even though you view a page, if you do not complete the activity in the "Additional Media" column then you will not receive credit in your progress. |

Why doesn't the video play? |
| The video embedded in course content does not usually play automatically. This is to eliminate too much happening at once, and gives you the ability to choose when you are ready to play the video. The video may sometimes have a black screen as the starting frame, but after clicking on the play button in the embedded video area the video should start. Some browsers handle embedded multimedia differently, because of this you may need to click the video object to activate it and then click the play button to start the video. |
